About Me:
Tracy White joined 1st Security Bank Home Lending in January of 2013. Today, she is one of the area’s most successful managers and loan officers.
Olympic High School graduate and Bremerton resident since 1978, Tracy began her home lending career with Lynnwood Mortgage in 1986. In 1994, after eight years as a loan processor, she became a loan officer and branch manager.
She remained with Lynnwood Mortgage for 27 years, during its change to a full-service savings bank (Golf) and later when it merged with Sterling Bank.
During that time, she was an annual member of the Chairman’s Club, which honors their top producers. Today she is a member of Seattle Magazine’s Top Loan Officers, and consistently receives 100% customer satisfaction reviews.
Tracy reunited with many of her co-workers from the past when she came to 1st Security Bank to lead the Poulsbo Home Lending team.
“The bank’s vision and commitment to ‘build a truly great place to work and a bank’ is perfectly aligned with my goals,” Tracy says. “The company fully supports the success and growth of its home lending business and provides the leadership and resources to succeed.”
Married to David White, the couple has two adult daughters, Jessica, and Shannon. They also have three granddaughters, Ava, Nyla, and Hayden.

We have recently had several reports from clients about receiving unsolicited calls, texts, and other solicitations after applying for financing.
The credit bureaus are being paid by other lenders to provide your information to them as soon as your credit report is pulled.
The Fair Credit Act provides you the opportunity to remove your name from the credit bureaus solicitation list by going to www.optoutprescreen.com or call 888-567-8688. You also want to avoid solicitor phone calls by going to the Do Not Call Registry at www.donotcall.gov or call 888-382-1222.
