About Me:
After studying Psychology and Philosophy at UC Berkeley, Terence began his career in Home Lending in Chapel Hill, North Carolina in 2005. Before landing in Port Townsend in 2009, he returned to graduate school to earn his MBA from UC Davis with an emphasis in finance and marketing. In 2015, Terence joined 1st Security Bank Home Lending because of their expanded suite of loan products and exceptional way they take care of clients.
Terence enjoys providing his clients clarity and constant communication throughout the loan process. “My goals are simple: I want you to get a great loan, understand what you are getting, and have our team make you say WOW along the way.”
During tax season, he is an IRS certified AARP Foundation Tax-Aide volunteer, providing complimentary tax return filing services at the Port Townsend Community Center. Terence was voted Affiliate of the year for 2015 and 2016 by the Jefferson County Association of REALTORS for his service to the real estate community. He currently serves as the Treasurer for the Jefferson County Home Builders Association and as a Board Member for the Real Estate Professional for Affordable Housing of East Jefferson County.
Away from work, Terence is a slow but steady distance runner, reluctant sailor, amateur wood worker, and a recovering golf addict. You may see him and his wife chasing their kids around the Olympic Peninsula with their old hound dog close behind!

We have recently had several reports from clients about receiving unsolicited calls, texts, and other solicitations after applying for financing.
The credit bureaus are being paid by other lenders to provide your information to them as soon as your credit report is pulled.
The Fair Credit Act provides you the opportunity to remove your name from the credit bureaus solicitation list by going to www.optoutprescreen.com or call 888-567-8688. You also want to avoid solicitor phone calls by going to the Do Not Call Registry at www.donotcall.gov or call 888-382-1222.
