About Me:

After working for nearly a decade in the mortgage industry, including loan processing, Kathy took full advantage of her first year as a loan officer in 2000: she received Lynnwood Mortgage’s coveted Chairman’s Club award, honoring the top producers.

Now, after more than twenty years, she has never looked back.

The Kitsap County resident joined 1st Security Bank Home Lending early in 2013, staying in the area she loves and working out of the bank’s Port Orchard Home Lending office.

“I love seeing my clients around the community,” she said. “I moved here in 1978 and enjoy hearing from past clients, even if it’s just to stay in touch. I’m now helping many second generation clients achieve the American dream of owning their own home.”

Kathy’s success, she firmly believes, comes from her passion for her work and the responsibilities that come with it. “I know that educating people in the home buying process is vital to every transaction, and I make sure my clients understand the process every step of the way.”

When she’s not working, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family (husband Tony, three daughters and two young grandchildren), camping and crafts.

WARNING - PLEASE READ!

We have recently had several reports from clients about receiving unsolicited calls, texts, and other solicitations after applying for financing.

The credit bureaus are being paid by other lenders to provide your information to them as soon as your credit report is pulled.

The Fair Credit Act provides you the opportunity to remove your name from the credit bureaus solicitation list by going to www.optoutprescreen.com or call 888-567-8688. You also want to avoid solicitor phone calls by going to the Do Not Call Registry at www.donotcall.gov or call 888-382-1222.
