About Julie:
Julie is passionate about helping her clients with their home financing needs – whether they are first-time buyers, refinancing a current loan, looking for a new home, purchasing a second home, or planning to buy an investment property.
She began her home lending career in 2008 as a mortgage processor. Julie joined the high volume Maryanne Coffman Team in 2015 and took over as the primary loan officer in 2022 as Maryanne transitioned into retirement.
Under Maryanne’s mentorship and training Julie has developed expansive knowledge in various loan programs, including Conventional, VA, FHA, Jumbo, Portfolio loans and Reverse Mortgages. She enjoys the strategic thinking involved in finding the right loan program for each situation and works diligently to provide an enjoyable experience for her clients.
Julie was born and raised in the Lake Stevens area and moved to Seattle in 2001. In her free time, she enjoys trying to stay fit by cycling, walking with her dog, downhill snow skiing, paddle boarding, and going to the gym. Julie is an avid reader of books and industry publications, enjoys independent films, and loves live music.
Julie is looking forward to working with you, whether you are purchasing a new home, refinancing a current loan, or just want to check-in to plan for the future. Give her a call, or apply online, to start the mortgage process together.

We have recently had several reports from clients about receiving unsolicited calls, texts, and other solicitations after applying for financing.
The credit bureaus are being paid by other lenders to provide your information to them as soon as your credit report is pulled.
The Fair Credit Act provides you the opportunity to remove your name from the credit bureaus solicitation list by going to www.optoutprescreen.com or call 888-567-8688. You also want to avoid solicitor phone calls by going to the Do Not Call Registry at www.donotcall.gov or call 888-382-1222.
