About Me:

Charles started in the mortgage business in 1999 as an account executive for a local bank. He grew that business 10X to be in the top 1% of Producers at a national level. The business shifted in 2008, along with their business model, and he began managing a large team of loan originators.  They continued to produce at a high level by treating every client, from first-time home buyers to large investors, with the best customer service and attention to detail.

New construction lending continues to be a large portion of the business his team originates. They focus on education and communication from the start, so each client can walk away knowing the loan details and what to expect from start to finish.  A strong team really helps. They are like family and have worked together for well over a decade, priding themselves on delivering a fantastic customer experience!

In his free time, Charles enjoys the great outdoors including time with his dogs, hiking, gardening, water sports and playing in the snow with family.
