About Me:

Brad has been in the home mortgage industry since 1994 and is passionate about providing exceptional service to his clients.  Buying a home can be one of life’s biggest decisions for many people and he is glad to be a part of it.  He takes the time to explain every aspect of the transaction, from Credit to Closing, and walks through the process with every client to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transaction. 

Brad is experienced in every program available including FHA, VA, WSHFC, HomeReady, Conventional, Custom Construction Programs, and Bridge loans.  He will take the time to find out about your unique needs and goals to find the right loan solution.  Brad is also a WSHFC certified teacher and is a VA experienced lender. 

Brad moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1978.  He went to Curtis High School in University Place and graduated from Western Washington University in 1993.  In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his kids, wakeboarding, boating, fishing, and playing soccer.
