About Me:
Amylou joined 1st Security Bank’s new Everett Home Lending Office in 2016 and now covers the greater Seattle area.
She has worked as a senior mortgage consultant since 2002, most recently with Umpqua Bank in Mill Creek.
Committed to client satisfaction, she feels the fit with 1st Security Bank creates a positive scenario for her clients.
“1st Security Bank is the new standard in mortgage services,” she said. “Our focus is helping buyers secure their financial future by tailoring a home loan to complement their financial goals. We feature a wide selection of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac conventional loans, as well as FHA, VA, USDA and high-balance products.”
“We underwrite and fund our own loans, another bonus for our clients. And our seasoned support staff is the best in the industry, with a level of client services second to none. Our in-house lending approach expedites the closing of transactions on time, and oftentimes early.”
“Whether you are an agent referring clients or a homebuyer, I’m confident you’ll appreciate my dedication and drive to keep the lines of communication open between all parties involved in the transaction.”
Amylou is active in her personal time as well, playing softball and pickle ball, hiking and kayaking. She enjoys the theater and learning to cook new dishes from other countries. Amylou has two daughters, Haley and Kelsea, and “one amazing granddaughter, Mylee Smiley.”

We have recently had several reports from clients about receiving unsolicited calls, texts, and other solicitations after applying for financing.
The credit bureaus are being paid by other lenders to provide your information to them as soon as your credit report is pulled.
The Fair Credit Act provides you the opportunity to remove your name from the credit bureaus solicitation list by going to www.optoutprescreen.com or call 888-567-8688. You also want to avoid solicitor phone calls by going to the Do Not Call Registry at www.donotcall.gov or call 888-382-1222.
